Here’s The Answers to Commonly Asked Questions

When is the event?

The event is being hosted on April 7 through April 11, 2025. We’ll open access to the speaker sessions around 8 am PT. There will be some live training sessions hosted by Melanie as well as our podcast panels.

Where is the event?

The event is an online event, so no matter where you live, you can get access without having to board an airplane! All sessions are available for 24 hours to all participants.

How do I get access to the attendee community?

Our attendee community and speakers will all receive an invitation to join an exclusive Facebook Group. You’ll be able to “meet” the speakers as well as ask questions. Plus, each day we’ll raffle off a Participant Prize and post the winners in the group.

What if I can’t make all the sessions live?

Each session is available for 24 hours but if you can’t access it during that window, or wish to have access to the recordings for 6 months, you’ll have an opportunity to upgrade to our Visibility VIP pass for as low as $197.

What do I get with the Visibility VIP pass?

The Visibility VIP is an upgraded ticket that not only includes access to the recordings for 6 months but you’ll also have an exclusive opportunity to pitch the podcast hosts LIVE!

On day one, I’ll host a training session to help you craft a compelling topic and “pitch” a panel of podcasters! You’ll be invited to a live pitch session on either day two or day three.

Will my contact info be shared with other speakers?

We will never share your contact information with anyone else, including the speakers. If you choose to gain access to their gift or win a speaker’s raffle prize, you’ll have an opportunity to exchange your email address for access.

How do I qualify for the prizes?

During the five days, we’ll have a daily “speaker scavenger hunt” where you’ll have an opportunity to win prizes from Melanie and a few hand-selected speakers. To qualify, you’ll be asked a series of questions about each speaker’s session to complete your scavenger hunt card.

You'll have until 9 am PT the following day to submit your card and be entered into the raffle at which time Melanie will draw one scavenger hunt card per day to win that prize!
